Visit Meet our Career Consultants at Centre, Dharamsala for a personal Career Guidance session. They will take you through the Career Worksheets to understand your strengths, interests and chalk out a strategic plan for your career. The cnsultants have been trained and experienced to conduct various career related exercises including the given exercises below:

1. JFF (Job Focus Finder ) ​A psychometric assessment for non-academic youth who do not have plans for formal college education. It will help the youth to identify jobs best suitable for them in a systematic manner.

2. CFF (Career Focus Finder): A career assessment tool based on the scientifically proven Holland theory that identifies candidates' unique interest themes and matches it to courses, careers and jobs – hence empowering you to make the right decision.

​3. Career Education and Planning Workshops: ​An introductory workshop on career education and planning by trained and experienced counselors.

1. Training at Centre: The career consultants or special trainers give employability skills at centre as per to the need and demand of Tibetan Youth.

2. Training by Career Consultants : The Career Consultants will be organizing resume, interview preparation and other relevant workshops in their settlements.

3. Training by other Training Organizations : focusing on specific sectors. Based on the interest of the community, we will also organize trainings from training organizations specializing in a specific sector

For applying to any job, you will need to prepare a presentable resume which gives the employer a snapshot of your skills and qualifications. Our consultants will help prepare you a resume for the specific sector or job which you want to apply to.
