Q: Please tell us something about your current employer, position you work in and the location?
A: I am working as Senior Process Analyst at Fidelity National Financial, Electronic city, Bangalore.

Q: Which university did you attend and what degree were you awarded?
A: I did B.Com from Bangalore University.

Q: Please provide us a brief overview of your responsibilities and key activities in your current job.
A: My job’s core tasks are:
a) To check the customers’ property and trace the property location.
b) Other key activities are to check the customers’ property data, and to deliver the within timelines.

Q: What is unique or what are the special characteristics of the industry/sector you work in?

A: I work in the Banking and Financial Services Sector. There is quite a bit of exposure which has helped me to boost my confidence level.


Q: How have you achieved success in your career so far and what sets you apart from others?
A: Before going into a specific industry or planning my career, I jot down the key skill requirements in the industry and try to build upon them. Skilful mindset, smart work and time management set me apart from others and have played an important role in my career.

Q: Have you had to face any challenges and how did you overcome it?
A: Life is not filled with roses, but whenever I face any challenge, I calmly try to overcome it by smart work and time management with sense of “Yes, I can!”

Q: What does your family think of your profession? How supportive have they been?
A: They are all really glad and often support me with their valuable advice.

 

Q: As a successful Tibetan Professional, how do you think can you contribute to the community?
A: We can contribute to the Tibetan community through creative workshops, organizing competitions and helping people improve their skills. In order to have a greater economic impact on the community, the present Tibetan youth should strive to make the current and the coming generations tech-savvy.

 

Q: What career advice would you give to other young professionals?

Rinzin Dhondup - Senior Process Analyst

Rinzin Dhondup has been working in Fidelity National Financial as a Senior Process Analyst for 2 years. He did his graduation in Commerce Stream from Krupanidhi Institute of Management, Bangalore.
